We have selected the best Italian home furnishings brands to offer a wide assortment of high quality Italian products from kitchens to bathrooms, to bedroom, dining room and living room accessories, together with outdoor furniture, lighting, rugs and ornaments.
We also provide bespoke solutions to suit the needs and spaces of our customers.
2. Where can I find you?
We’re located in Central London, minutes from Oxford Circus station:

Our showroom is open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6:30 pm and on Saturdays from 11 am to 5.30 pm.
We deliver to any address in the UK. Delivery costs will vary depending on your postcode and on the item purchased. All delivery costs will be specified at checkout when placing your order once you specify your postcode.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
For deliveries outside the UK, if you wish, you can arrange transport with a company of your choice. However, it will be your responsibility to check the status of the goods as soon as you sign the receipt of delivery.
Since most of our products will be made to measure or in any case will be dispatched from our Italian warehouse, you’ll have to be a little patient. However, all estimated delivery times will be specified in each product’s description.
5. How does it work if I want to order a made to measure piece of furniture?
7. Do you provide installation for the products purchased and how much will it cost?
If you want to order a made to measure piece of furniture, we suggest you first have a look at the products available online to get a better idea of what you like. You can then take you measurements and visit our showroom where our Italian staff will be glad to assist you for your purchase.
The fun thing about our products is that most of them can be modified to suit your requirements. So feel free to get in touch if you’re unsure or need extra help!
6. I want to buy a bed to fit a mattress I already have. How can I make sure that my mattress will fit?
Our beds come in a wide range of measurements to fit most of the most common mattress sizes. Please read carefully through the product description, as this will contain detailed information about the right bed size for each mattress size together with the assembled product’s total dimensions.
If you’re unsure or your mattress does not fall into one of the measurements provided online, please contact us
in order to better assist you with your purchase.
8. What if I am not in for delivery?
We do provide installation services and their cost varies depending on your location and the type of product to be assembled. This is why we cannot automatically add this to the online order. However, if you want to place an order online, you can always add installation services to your order by contacting us by phone +44 (0) 20 76370133 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
(stating your name, surname, order number and contact telephone number). Our staff will provide you with an installation quote and ask you if you wish to proceed.
You will know in advance when your delivery will take place as our delivery personnel will get in touch with you to schedule the date and time of your delivery. Our staff will do everything possible to deliver as per schedule, however, if we experience any difficulties, we will promptly get in touch with you at the contact details associated to the order.
9. The goods received are incorrect/faulty/damaged. What should I do?
If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place. The representative must be an adult capable of receiving the delivery on your behalf.
10. I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Italia Home cares about your full satisfaction. Therefore, if you receive an incorrect item or a product is faulty, please contact us immediately by phone +44 (0) 20 76370133 or email email@example.com

and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If necessary, we will arrange an item replacement and deliver the new item to the address stated on your original order.
11. I changed my mind, can I return my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched and delivered to you, you can cancel your order anytime receiving a full refund for the amount paid upfront, provided that your order does not contain any product made to measure according to the specifications and measurements provided by you.

providing your name, contact details, home address and order details.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind and are entitled to receive a full refund within 14 [fourteen] days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. However, this will not be possible for items made to measure according to the specifications and measurements provided by you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning your order both if you arrange to send it back to us yourself or if we provide collection. Once the goods have been returned, we will inspect them and if there’s no damage we will proceed to a full refund minus any shipping costs related to returning the order.
